Appointments
You may call us or text us at any time to schedule an appointment at (732) 981-1040. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, we request minimum of 24 hours notice.
Insurance and Billing
We accept and will work with most traditional insurance plans. We are in-network providers for Aetna PPO, Horizon Traditional Network Plans, Cigna DPPO, Delta Dental and United Healthcare. Most other PPO dental insurance plans DO have out of network coverage so feel free to give us a call and one of our trained staff will be happy to assist you. Please contact us or your dental insurance plan to verify eligibility. Central Jersey Dental Arts does not participate with HMO or DHMO plans.
Medical insurance plans will often pay for accidental dental trauma treatments as well as some car accident claims for dental injury. Our office is experienced with working with medical insurance and PIP coverage for these dental injury cases. Feel free to give us a call and inquire about these services.

Payment Options
